This place is so great. Alex, at the front desk, is absolutely amazing. He patiently answered all of my questions and was so nice to my kids. If you like great service, easy access to the the beach, food, and drinks then this is the place to be! I will definitely stay here again when I come back to visit Miami!

We enjoyed so much our 10 day stay at the Kent Hotel for many reasons. First, we want to say BIG thank you to Alejandra and Angel at Front desk. They are amazing, so helpful for all of our questions to make our vacation easier. Very friendly, so welcoming people, we felt like we are at home. Everyone is so great and hardworking. Angel was helping us a lot on everything finding from the best deals on tours and car rentals to give best recommendations on things to do with kids.
