I greeted Salvatore in my limited Italian and asked him directly what he recommended as the best seafood dish. He...selected spaghetti al gamberi e salmone, which I happily concurred. I also ordered a Kristal Weizen. The waitress brought out a salad for me, but not for my colleague. She said it came with my meal.
