"One opens the door, enters and feels in the museum: old panels on the walls, over shells, shells, mussels, mussels, silver shiny mother of pearl, models of historical ships, a gallion figure there is hardly any free place, the diversity is hardly to describe, is always fascinating and shows itself as quieter business hours. The eye proves that the dense furniture, the bassin, in which slumbering lobsters wait to be thrown into the boiling water, the grill in which a wild boar rotates, and a matching fur on which a buffet is dressed. Because it is not a museum, it is a restaurant for guests with high standards, for me the most stylish in Büsum. And it's not cheap. Of the three-digit prices on the wine card you do not have to be frightened. It's also a little cheaper. We expect to pay €100 for a nice evening. Despite the extraordinary ambience, it is not a place for snout. Jeans guests are welcome. On his lap through his room, the boss calls everyone a kind greeting. In the third generation, Chef Karl Heinz Kolle runs the restaurant, which comes from an old pub. He is a kitchen master, hunter and heger, the latter especially in honorary function for the seals that can no longer be hunted. Hunter explains the wild boar and the further autumnal offer of wild, which the boss brings together with the vegetables of the Dithmarscher home to the table. There is also the typical offer of fish and other marine animals for a port location. It is worth scrolling down the menu because beautiful local photos can be found on its edge. During our current visit we ordered a menu that seemed like a special offer for tourists with a price of €21.90 in this area. Accordingly, we were amazed that we even received a more elaborate greeting from the kitchen, a sanctuary of fats and vegetables on a bed of carrots. After a pasta cake soup with duck breast strips there was a wildragout with croquettes and two types of cabbage. Everything was top in quality, freshness and preparation, only with the croquettes remained open the question whether it was an industrial product. The red cap with vanilla ice cream and cream served as dessert was comme il faut. The service was as we wish. The young waiter seemed more like a best-in-house son: charming, inconspicuous, explaining and routine in serving. So is everything perfect? I have to say something: The lamps with the screens of fabric are so beautiful, perhaps you will find for them, despite the Brussels control lights, which all emit the same light color. Update from summer 2020: This with the lamps is ok now. This year the Kolle family opened a newly built hotel next to their old family house. 24 rooms have it and they are equipped with custom furniture. The first guests were a bridal couple, so the senior manager told me, and the charge sample was good over the bed..."

"On the Ascension Day, Büsum was full of short leavers, and as a result it was difficult to find a free place in the evening in a restaurant. Finally, we got a commitment from this house that we would get a table there from 19:30. When we arrived there a few minutes after the agreed time, the place was still very well occupied. An operation behind the counter welcomed us, on our notice of the telephone registration she showed us two tables to choose from. The table at the window told us more than the other one in the middle of the room, and so we took place there. The service provided us with the menus and asked for our drinks. Madame ordered a water without carbonic acid (0.25l for €2.40, I ordered a yeast white beer (0.5l for €4.50). At these prices, the “tourist tax” was quite noticeable. The drinks were served quickly, the temperature was perfect. As with the name of the restaurant, the focus of the offer consists of various fish dishes, but also meat and friends of Mediterranean cuisine are provided. The menu is defined on the homepage: [here link] After an intensive study of the extensive map and a short discussion, we then ordered a waiter who curvy through the room in a yellow T-shirt of the house and Bermuda pants. Madame chose the “Nordsee Scholle “Classic” with mustard sauce and roast potatoes” (€14.50 ), I chose the “Rotbarschfilet mit Knobi-Dip und Bratkartoffeln” (16.00 €). As an alternative, salt potatoes were also offered to the pod, I could have chosen Remoulade instead of the Knobi dip. The interior of the guest room is decorated in Mediterranean style, with warm colors, the walls painted in delicate yellow shade. The chairs are made of pipe with rat braid, with loose seat cushions standing on diagonally laid floor tiles in red and brown tones. The tables had bright plastic panels, on them braided sets in brown, the decoration was limited to a windlight and salt and pepper shakers. Despite numerous guests who certainly leave their tracks, the guest room was clean and well maintained. We didn't visit the toilets, so no statement. The operators wore all T-shirts in different colors with the imprint of the house on the back. They were always on the go and very attentive, always responsive and very friendly. After a waiting period appropriate to the guest's arrival, an operation brought our food and, of course, had to ask where to serve Rotbarsch and where Scholle, since she had not received the order. After that was cleared, she wished us “good appetite!” and disappeared. The hustle for Madame took practically the whole plate, the roast potatoes had to yield to a separate dish. Only the small bowl with the mustard sauce found space next to the fish. On my plate it was not quite so crassed, but the three pieces of red-bark fillet also took a considerable part of the plate surface. The fish were cooked over the glassy point, but nevertheless very delicate and tasty and – as should be different at this location – extremely fresh. Glasig is not mainstream, here the crowds of holidaymakers determine the trend in the kitchen and also this cooking point is not necessarily desirable for us. The frying potatoes, sufficiently provided with onions and decorated with sliced pitches, were rather fat and had relatively few roasting sites. Besides, I lacked something of the flavor-determining bacon. Madame, on the other hand, was enthusiastic about the mustard sauce, which she tasted excellently for the plaice. The size of the portions was absolutely sufficient, even I as a good eater had my trouble with the last piece of fish."

"Previously, the pleasure is going to happen....the main course is already evaporated next to me while I was still dedicated to the tasty hors d'œuvre. The salad dress to the main dish was even placed on the table before the appetizer. I don't like that. I want to eat. I said that. The time was enough, as the subsequent waiting for the bill proved. I was saved with two ouzos “in the house” and good and abundant food and thus the 4th star. It is a large Greek restaurant created by combining the rooms of an earlier discotheque and a laundry service. The two entrance doors remember. The rooms are different. The former disco area, in which the vase is also standing, has a narrower intimate ambience that helps to decorate the ceiling with green leaves. The second room is held in blue and white quite cool. The cold feeling prevents narrowing in the lower area. As an appetizer I had selected grilled slices that were cut along the eggplant served with Tsatziki and Fladenbrot. The part had the size of a main dish, the quality was very good. My wife was happy with stuffed wine leaves that were so loose that they were either homemade or homemade. After that, the main dishes “conjure us”. They were meat plates with extensive supplement. Lamb, minced meat and secondary dishes were delicious, the salad was delicious. Next time we don't have the rest of the meat. Overall, it was cheap – I put the bill as a picture. Our young service woman was flashy and refreshing, the friendly boss was responsible for the bill later. The place is very popular. We were there on time at the opening and there were already some tables occupied. Reservation is recommended. I recommend the restaurant, especially for fast eating people with great appetite. It is hardly suitable for wheelchair users."

"Finally it went back to the high north. Our first culinary goal should actually be Büsums No. 1 the Barkasse, but unfortunately everything was fully booked here, so I was briefly re-disposed and I had a day before to book a table for 3 people in the sturdy steakhouse. This restaurant has been on our To Do list for a long time, very pleased with my two meat-loving roommates. The male voice at the other end let me know: We'd still have something, 17.30 h, 18.30 h or 19.30 h... . Clear North German announcement. I decide for the last time. We are very punctual, are very kindly welcomed and pointed out to be two minutes too early, our table is being cleaned and we can take a short time later. A very friendly young waiter will immediately send us the menus and ask for our drinks, but we would like to inform you in advance about the offer. In the end, it should be a Fritz Kola 0.2 l to €2.30, a Pils 0.5 l with coast supplement to €4.10, and an Aperol Sprizz 0.2 l to €4, at the same time we order garlic baguette with Knobi Dip. After a pleasant waiting period, the drinks are brought at the best temperature and we put our food on order: Pepper hip steak (medium) approx. 200 g seasoned with colorful Schrotpfeffer, barbecue butter, oven potato with Sour Cream and salad variation to 16.50 € Entrecôte (medium) approx. 300 g, grilled butter, soothed vegetables and rosemary salads at 24,50 € my special request, roasted potatoes and mixed salad instead of vegetables and rosemary salads, will be accepted beef steakburger with grilled beef steak steak ca. 150 g, crispy wheat bread, leaf salad, tomato, spice cucumber and steakhouse pommes are available at €12.50: Remoulade, Knobi Dip, steakhouse sauce, coctail sauce, honey mustard sauce and BBQ Dip, Junior decides for the latter (the burger can also plus cheese plus cheese plus cheese plus cheese plus cheese plus cheese plus cheese plus cheese plus cheese plus cheese plus cheese plus cheese plus cheese plus cheese plus cheese plus cheese plus cheese plus cheese. 0.90 € and plus grilled bacon plus plus plus 1,20 € ordered) In the beautifully opened menu, the young owner pair presents itself, there is also a one-hander with two daily recommendations, a pastinaken soup and another steak dish. The online menu is not quite up-to-date and should be revised, could be interesting for some Pulled Pork lovers. The restaurant is very well visited, even in front of the house almost all tables are occupied, so we shorten the somewhat longer waiting period with the garlic baguette and I order a glass of Rosé Bodega Vinas Del Vero Somontano 0.2 l to reasonably customer-friendly calculated 4.90 €. The wine is great, mild and beautifully fruity with very subtle residual sweets, the two warm baguette halves are generously painted with garlic butter, the dip is slightly sweet but quite fit, I guess here a better convenience product. In the meantime, we are asked who gets the hip steak and my husband is presented with a long-sleeved spoon for the oven potato. Unfortunately, my entrecôte is served with the original supplements, for this my husband does not receive oven potatoes but my roast potatoes. We leave it, however, after almost 8 hours drive without a culinary stop, we are quite hungry, our meat is still in the acceptable range with almost medium well. The vegetables, Zuccini, Paprika, whole cherry tomatoes and red onions, are still bite-resistant and well-flavoured, the small potatoes with a bowl and very subtle rosemary accompaniment are cooked to the point, the grill butter probably tasted with some Café de Paris. Altogether for me something too spicy, salt and pepper mill do good services here. My husband is not quite satisfied with the meat quality, hip steak is in my opinion really good luck, for that my/his roast potatoes are fried and good spicy. Our side salads (leaf salad, tomato, cucumber, corn, radish and red onions) are made with very little taste-neutral dressing. The burger is supplied as a kit, the wheat bread is covered with a small cut hip steak (medium well), besides salad, tomato, spice cucumber, red onions and a small glass bowl with BBQ dip. I'm making a burger that wouldn't be my thing if I had to eat something like that, the meat is a bit tough and Junior's chewing muscles are well stressed. Well, young, you'd have heard better about mothers and chosen something from the separate children's card. The pumice in the rough cut are crispy, the BBQ sauce is slightly smokey, tastefully ok but certainly not homemade. All in all, I come to good 3 stars for dinner. I have the impression that the very young owners are very striving, learning and thus also capable of learning, so you are always on the right path, no There are constantly new Touris mentality that you can find elsewhere in Büsum. The head of the house repeatedly expresses his regrets about the interchanged supplements, the kitchen performance will have to work on something else. This Friday of the long weekend, the shop is just one year after the opening, so it is quite possible that we have caught a very unfavorable time. We have experienced the service as extremely friendly and very accommodating, always present, over eye contact were short-term further beverage orders easily possible, we felt welcome and despite small breakdowns I can give with good conscience 4 stars for service. The restaurant is located in the Büsumer pedestrian area, more precisely in a smaller side street. The good old stunner welcomes guests in full length in front of the entrance door. The decor is typical maritim and not too rustic for my taste. The colour bordeaux dominates here and finds itself, for example, in the artificial leather chairs, table runners and the clothing of the service personnel. In the open kitchen the lady of the house works very well maintained and clean, only one of the two table runners is a little dirty. We didn't pick up the toilets. Star distribution: Essen 3 Service 4 Ambiente 4 Cleanliness 4 PLV 4 supplement 26.11.2014 The online menu has now been updated, very nice, a website needs to be maintained."

"In this restaurant I was about 10 years ago and could not inspire myself. LUT's 5-star review has now asked me to visit the restaurant again. 1. Location and equipment: The restaurant is located along the busy Hohenzollernstraße, a pedestrian area. In front of the house there are outdoor tables, right next to a beer garden and at the left end a gas sale for pizza. The interior design corresponds to what the individual traveller from the southern countries has learned and appreciated. Unfortunately, we have invested in new tables. The combination of on the one hand folded benches and on the other side cheek tables with a plastic veneer that imitates a reddish wood fits the eye like the fist. Wheelchairs come well into the restaurant, but do not reach the simple but usually clean washing rooms in the basement. 2. For food and quality we recognize: The menu shows an extensive range of German and Italian specialties such as pizza. The guest must realistically expect some of them to come from the convenience hall. We ordered lamb fillet with mushroom sauce, pommes and salad. The salad was served in advance and was good. The clear lamb fillets were hidden under an excess of moderate sauce, but acceptable in quality and preparation. There was nothing to do with the crispy pommes. The presentation of the farm on a simple oval plate reminded of a fast snack. 3. Services: There was a southwest operating force expressed in volume at our table near the vault. We were good and friendly, in the end there was a grappa on the house. 4. At the price level: After my memory I received no cash payment, the dish cost 17.80 €, with wine, water and a caappucino, our (2 persons) bill was just under 55 €. Measured in the privileged location of the restaurant is the o.k. Even if the culinary experience did not euphorically tune me, I think it is a recommended tourist resort. We could see that there was also a nice handling of a whole series of regular guests."
