"We came to town for my birthday and we were looking for a quick bite and what we got was so much more. The staff went out of their way to get us to our play on time as well as made us feel welcome and special. We ended up coming back after the show for dessert and drinks. Food was DELICIOUS. It was the best fried chicken I've ever had. I would recommend this restaurant over and over again. Thank you!"

We really enjoyed everything we tried and the prices were very reasonable and the portion sizes great as well. Very good menu variety. Personable and attentive service.

Wonderful food, amazing cocktails, and a warm friendly atmosphere. This place can't be beat and even though they're new they have quickly become a top destination in Vancouver.

We’ve been excited to try Amaro’s. Happen to be downtown for Cruz n the Couve and got right in. A limited menu for the night but had great cocktails, and an excellent lite dinner! Will definitely return for the full menu options! Wonderful, knowledgeable staff and service!

"Feel like I’ve been waiting forever for this place to open. Always love a Mediterranean Restaurant, so I’m glad to finally have one in the neighborhood.Ordered a variety of things. Pitas are great, big, tasty. They do a fantastic French fry. Only had their chicken from the vertical spit, it was good, but they could totally brown it a bit more. Crispy edges would take it up just a notch.Their garlic sauce is lovely. The red sauce was nice but had a taramasalata’ish after taste, which was surprising. I was expecting more of a tomato based sauce, that I’ve had in restaurants like this in other parts of the world. Still good, just not what I expected.Overall, first impressions – Pleased. Glad to have a restaurant like this close by, looking forward to eating there again and trying their lamb.I could eat their messy fries with garlic sauce for dinner every night. This much I know."

"This place is great! Super nice waitresses and quick service. I got a four egg omelette with sausage and cheese. It was delicious and very, very cheesey. I had a side of hashbrowns, and they were the best hashbrowns I've ever had in my life. They were crispy on the outside and amazingly moist on the inside. My boyfriend had the tuna melt, which was quickly devoured, so I can only assume it was good. Definitely will be returning."

"My husband and I, finally made it to DOSALAS. Beautiful space. Several areas of different dining tables, including outside, even I the winter it was well heated and an attractive space. We had Dosalas Margarita's. Each served in a full shaker. Lasted our whole meal, which was really nice for the price. Guacamole Trio, fun and delicious. Harvest Salad, well balanced, light and refreshing. Lots of little goodies in it. Sofrito Seafood Scampi, so good. Seafood tasted fresh. The vegetables were really tasty, grilled. A light sauce was poured on top, with a nice amount left on the side for baguette dipping. We wanted to try dessert, but as usual, just too full. In the best way though. We are both very impressed with this restaurant. We will definitely go again."

"Ordered the pork belly pad thai and am sad to say, this was my first and last time ordering food from here. The pork belly was so impossibly dried out and overcooked, I would never trust this place to properly cook any other form of protein. I don’t know what they’re doing in their kitchen, but it isn’t cooking."
