"We have celebrated many birthdays at the Dublin Black Angus. Sometimes it's a bit slow, but this visit was beyond slow. We ordered an appetizer and one cocktail. The appetizer showed up in a fairly timely manner. We had to remind the waitress about the cocktail which finally showed up 3/4 of the way through our main dinner. The side salad also required a reminder and also showed up after I finished over 1/2 of my main meal. No apology, just some muttering about the kitchen and bar being backed up. Overall, we were there 1 3/4 hrs. At a 5 star restaurant, where each course is served and cleared separately, it can stretch out. This is far from 5 star. It appeared to be poor management underst...
