"Everything was delicious and fresh!! The Barry panini was sent on a hoagie. Would have preferred the panini bread, but flavor was spot on!! The Sicilian Panini was perfectly hot, sweet and cheesy! Panini wasn't soggy but crispy! Garden salad was refreshing and went well with our sandwiches! Pasta salad was yum and not too sweet! Always happy with what ever we order here! Thanks for being consistent! <3<3"

The Best! Perfectly toasted!! Their recipe for nova is five star!! I get the onions on the side just in case I don't want them.

The Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato Avocado sandwhich is one of the best I BLT's I have had. I find myself craving it all the time, also Boca Bagel bar was great at suggesting a item that they had ran out of.

Very few sesame seeds on the bagel. Very little cheese, it was some pre-packaged/cheap cheese product. No option to choose type of cheese or add butter. No catchup included with hashbrowns side. Hashbrowns are just some frozen product. No milk or other requests included when I picked up the coffee. It is packaged so you won't see it until you leave. They need to pay closer attention to details.

"Decent at best. That’s all really. It is very noisy- by design. Look up and you’ll see why. The ceiling is designed to carry the noise from the bar throughout the restaurant. And honestly I don’t care to listen to the bumpin music they’re playing at the bar when we’re at our booth 50+ feet away. It is also very dim. Extremely poor lighting, according to our waitress (who was very nice) this is also by design because other diners have made comment about this too and she said she’s mentioned it and the feedback she gets is “it creates the ambience.” Yeah okay…… “ambience.” The food is decent at best. Caesar salad was pretty good. But what is up with the streak being doused in butter? There was a pool of butter on my plate around my steak. Is the lighting dim in the kitchen too? Can the chefs not see what they’re doing? All in all, New York Prime is not any better than Morton’s or The Capital Grille. In fact, we probably should have gone to one of those two. There’s nothing New York about this restaurant at all. After returning home we decided to check out New York Prime’s website and read their menu story about how “New York Prime is a different kind of steakhouse.” If you ever want a laugh, read that. You’ll tear up, it’s hilarious. Proprietors seem very full of themselves! Anyway, we were very unimpressed, will definitely not be returning."
