"Went on a Saturday evening. Restaurant was moderately busy but there were a few open tables and two open hitops by the bar which was empty. We had a reservation for two so were seated quickly. We ordered drinks and an appetizer while we looked over the menu. Overheard the table next to us complaining that they have been waiting for over an hour for their food. Not a good omen. My family and I dine here regularly, however service and food was poor this evening. When we arrived, host was struggling to take orders and seat tables. We watched him clean our tables while many other team members stood by and watched (servers and managers) and did not offer to assist. Once seated we sat for quite a while without a server. I was facing the kitchen and could see all the same managers and servers standing around simply ignoring our table.
