"I had the pork chops which I usually order. I ate 1 of the 2 and it was very dry. I could see that the other was going to be dry too. The manager stopped at the table and did offer to get me another (which I regretted later not taking). I didn't want to wait for a new meal. My husband was 1/2 done with his meal. You could tell by the very small amount of juice under the 2 chops that they were overcooked. Perhaps had been microwaved. I've also told people about the great chops at Brio but I won't do that anymore."
