"I've never felt so ignored as a customer. I asked for a Cobb salad with no cheese. They said they can't remove anything so whatever, I said that's fine. I asked if we can do grilled chicken as I don't like it crispy. It would get mushy by the time I got to it. They said ok and did not give me grilled chicken. I asked for no ice in my drink. They ignored that too. I asked for hot sauce and if I hadn't double checked the bag I would have gotten none. My entire order was wrong, every last bit of it. I paid cash and they didn't even give me my change and looked at me odd when I asked about it. Can we not count at this store? Not returning. Do not go here."

I've never been to a Chick-fil-A that took so long. Usually Chick-fil-A is pretty quick but this location is very slow, it could be because of the employment shortage.

I hate Chick-fil-a's online process. Why must I check-in before they begin to prepare my food? If I order online, it's so my food is ready when it gets there. How would people feel if they had to check-in at Starbucks before their coffee was made? Makes ZERO sense
