"Some of the best BBQ around if not in all TX. I live in Milwaukee but travels a lot to TX as I have a family living here. It's a must every time I get to town. This time came around twice and had burned ends there, pork chop and chicken. The meat was great. Also had their pecan cobbler, delicious. Not disappointed. I had other Bbq, but to find another real rival for Coopers. Keep the great work!!!"

I routinely hop on the motorcycle and make the hour and a half trip to pick up truly the best barbecue in Texas. Their efforts for social distancing are effective and the food is outstanding. It’s always worth the three hour round-trip. I wish we had one in Salado.

The cattle ribs were really good and fall from the bone. The pork ribs were also good, but it seems as if they were to be cooked a little slower, as the fat could be made a little more and the meat a little pink. But we are spiced and tender. The sauce was very vinegary, but I prefer dry rub anyway. It was quite expensive.
