I lived in Hastings for several years, beginning when I started class 4th, and left the summer before my junior year in high school (I am now 23). Great ambience. The best carrot cake. Great Paczki. Yummy soups and sandwiches. My favorite peach/bear cake. Favorite peanut covers donut and long-boy. Great owners and employees.

Emily's Bakery has done a fantastic job with our wedding cake and cupcakes! We spent time through a catalog of cake designs and selected 3 flavors of cupcakes chocolate, vanilla and marble. Our guests loved the cupcakes! Emily's was certainly the cheapest option we found and we had a simple delivery from there at our reception location in the Dakota Pines Golf Club in the city. I would recommend Emilys for your wedding or even for a dessert in Hastings. You have great donuts! But you might want to get there early before they run out. The donuts are very popular with locals.
