"We went there today, and thought it looked like a cool place in fact we were hoping we had found a new spot nearby us, to regularly visit. My wife did like her hamburger. My eggs, home fries and chicken fried steak were just basically okay but overall really lacked any flavor. Then all of a sudden a waitress starts spraying windex on the front door glass from the outside nearby. The time was a half an hour before closing around 1:30. Then she comes inside and was cleaning the window and table directly behind me, spraying windex. We could smell it strongly! We went there today and thought it looked like a cool place indeed we hoped we had found a new place nearby to visit regularly. My wife liked her hamburger. My eggs, fries and chicken roasted steak were basically okay, but overall there was really no taste. Then suddenly a waitress begins with the spraying of Windex on the front door glass from the outside in the vicinity. The time was half an hour before closing at 1:30. Then she comes in and cleaned the window and the table right behind me and sprayed Windex. We can smell it! Around 1:45, two more female employees came to her and cleaned and pulled the cabins out of the front windows and tied and cleaned the floor to wall shape. We could s...

"We visited Istanbul Mediterranean Cuisine Bar, 2945 E. Speedway Blvd., Tucson AZ 85716 in March 2022. A host greeted us and sat us right away. Food: I had never been there before and I ordered the Doner Wrap that is 80% beef and 20% lamb. The wrap was huge and I could only eat half. It was served with tzatziki sauce, which was very good, but I did not end up putting it on the sandwich since the meat was so moist and flavorful. The sandwich came with a choice of two of sides of; rice, salad or fries. I got the fries and salad. The fries seemed like they were just cooked and the salad was fresh and vibrant with a vinaigrette dressing on it. I would recommend this sandwich plate. My husband ordered the spicy chicken pita that he like very much. He said the pita bread was delicious, soft and seemed freshly made. The chicken was tossed in a sauce and also came with a side of sauce that was quite spicy hot. We also ordered baclava and the chicken lemon soup to go and both were very good. Service: The service was very good and prompt. They served the food quickly. We were in and out within 45 minutes, which is what we like. We did not feel rushed at all. Funny, I asked my husband to request more napkins and the next thing I knew was the waiter brought a stack of napkins. I asked my husband if he had signaled to the waiter, but he said he did not. So apparently, they can read minds there! The layout of the restaurant is larger booths on the right side with tables down the middle and the bar, with stools on the left. There was a part at the back that had a sign “Only for large parties” with multiple tables. Not a big restaurant. The place was very clean and the noise level was low. Parking: There is a parking lot in front of the restaurant, but additional street parking that had plenty of spaces available. The atmosphere felt more adult focused with the bar and there was not any children. The cost was very reasonable I would highly recommend going and we will return."
