"If I’m going to spend my hard earned money the least the establishment could do is show a little appreciation with friendly demeanor and a thank you. Instead they acted like they were doing me some huge favor with a bland breakfast burrito that included overcooked eggs. Even more egregious is that they charged me $3.50 for a coke that I spilled partly because they never gave me a lid or straw with my to go order then charged me another $3.50 for a refill regardless of whether the soda came from bottle or fountain. Such a shame that they treated me so poorly considering I could’ve been a regular customer but instead I’m giving them the poor review they deserve and never eating here again."
