"Loved Medley! Only got there twice on our visit. If we were locals we'd definitely become regulars. : Neeve is the best bartender... friendly, personable, and a real hustler. And that SMILE!! Try her whiskey sour and pecan amaretto sour. Both so good! Had and loved the ahi tuna tostada, baby kale caesar and steak frites. Also ordered the fried shrimp tacos... a little to rich. Wish they were grilled instead."

Probably our favorite restaurant in the Taos area. Wonderful food, drinks, staff, and ambiance. Warm and cozy inside in the winter, amazing outdoor dining in the summer. Hard to go wrong here. Highly recommended.

Excellent food, especially the lamb chop. Just the right amount of portion. Would definitely come back if we visit Taos again. Please make sure you get a reservation before dining it. We did a walk in and the table were fully reserved for the day.

Best food in Taos area, fine dining and cocktails. Our group of skiers enjoyed the bar with its adobe fireplace and cozy atmosphere. I had the lamb chops and we shared the Brussels sprouts, delicious!!! If anyone orders the fries including the one that come with a burger, it?s enough for the whole table. Enjoy!

"Had high expectations coming in as we visited Taos for the first time, and our foodie industry friends had recommended. getting a reservation was worse than NYC, as their description of the process was dishonest. Called within 24 hours of opening for our slot 2 weeks before our visit. Never got a response back (despite them saying online they respond to all inquiries). Called 48hours before desired day for less than ideal time and got the day though not the time — didn’t need to bother calling before, apparently? cocktails good, but seemingly premade starters great, would just get those entrees forgettable except the meatball dish dessert for me was truly inedible as someone who makes pie myself. The Pignoli pie was served *piping* hot something I would never do. Maybes this is a local thing, though I suspect it was reheated. It was so unappetizing and burned the delicate pine nuts such an emblematic flavor of the area. Truly a disappointment for what sounded like a delicious dessert what really destroyed this for me, after the agonizing reservation process, was trying to ask my server for recommendations: she threw her hands up saying “everyone’s different, I don’t know what you like.” These are absolutely true statements, but when dropping $100+ pp on a meal, I expect guidance if I ask for it with a polite attitude. Especially for someone claiming decades in the industry Overall, would go back if someone else booked given the painful reservation process and I ordered perfectly, but was disappointed as a girl who values hospitality in addition to just plain delicious food made with care."
