"We were very disappointed tonight. We usually love Old Town and I've always said they have the best Prime Rib around. My wife and I along with my children and parents came tonight to the Old Town Spaghetti Store just for some yummy pasta and prime rib. We had to wait for a table for about 30 minutes, which that's to be expected. However, we waited for our food for atleast 45 minutes to an hour, our waitress disappeared for almost that entire time. We had to ask about our food, after we asked, it was brought out about 5 minutes later. Although it was warmed the prime rib was over cooked and very tough. We were seated quickly. The waitress was pleasant and answered any questions we had. The food arrived in a timely manner, and was quite good. Portions were large. I'm glad some dishes had half portion options.
