"Called ahead to reserve table whole traveling (7:30 PM on a Sat. night) and told there was a 30 45 min wait. Okaaayyyy. Arrived 15 min later and were greeted by 2 2 hostesses who were completely clueless. We were immediately seated in dining room that had DOZENS of empty tables, at least a dozen of which were empty but had not been bussed. After 15 minutes at table, our server (Bailey) finally came around and apologized for delay, explaining that several people had called in and they were understaffed. We get it, stuff happens. As we waited for drinks to arrive, we watched diners become more and more frustrated, waiting for boxes and checks to arrive. I ordered a dirty martini and bartender...

With 6:15 reservations on Valentine's we were seated around 7:10. They didn't allow enough time between reservations. Tables sat empty with dirty dishes WAY longer than they should on such a busy night. Food was wonderful. Service so so.

It was a cluster. Upon arrival the entrance was packed, and they were running 1 hour behind reservation time. A couple eating told us their bread was frozen on the inside, no soup or ceased salad, and had to find their own silverware. Their phone kept ringing but no one answered even though there was staff standing around. Tables weren’t bused so tables weren’t full. We left and don’t plan on being back.

10 family members for Valentine’s Day. Upon arrival at 7:05 for a 7:15 reservation, we were seated at 8:20, 1 hour after our reservation time. Plenty of empty tables upon arrival. After being seated we got our drinks, after that, the service both from the server and Kitchen were less than appealing. We ordered 4 appetizers, when the lone appetizer came out, we were then told that they were out of the others. This was not told to us in advance, only after we seen the same item being delivered to people that came in after we were seated. Service overall took way to long and it was evident that this was due to lack of management. Many times the hostess was asking the servers if it was ok to sea...
