"We’re regulars by this visit was marred by terrible service. We asked our server about the Brussel sprout side and he didn’t seem to know much about it but we ordered it anyway. He asked if we wanted bread for the table. We said no, but 2-3 times servers came by to give bread. My order was wrong (no potatoes, when I just asked for less potatoes) and the Brussels never came. We asked for it at least 4 times, including when the rest of our meal arrived. Our server never came back to ask how everything was. To me, that’s critical for full-service restaurants. I chose the lasagna and it was not tasty. It was” mushy” and bland. For an Italian restaurant I was disappointed. My boyfriends steak on the other hand was cooked to perfection! I’ll order that next time.
