The Sashimi plate (I posted a picture) is not only fun to look at with the intricate details.....Salmon and Tuna shaped like Roses, wasabi leaves, cucumber palms....but the fish is very fresh...VERY fresh. He makes a cucumber hand roll that is filled with spicy scallops and this thing is a work of art! Just go, and tell the waitress to make it a chef's choice. You will not be sad. You will reach the ZEN. Aki-san is the MAN!"

The best sushi and service we have experienced in the area. Love it!! Seattle roll is my favorite!! Can't beat the price and service. No need to go to the city for good sushi. Here in Mill Creek.

Great fresh sushi and great fun! We love everything we have tried and usually give the sushi cook only a dollar amount and he fixes us what he wants. For a real fun interactive experience, sit at the sushi bar and talk to the oldest chef (owner). You will see his last words tomorrow! .

We really are lucky to have a supply of seafood that is one of the best in the world. The next challenge is finding a sushi restaurant that has a lot to do to never have old fish. That said these sushi kitchens are hands down my favorite in each of the suburbs and stand shoulder to shoulder with each of the great restaurants in downtown. I'm so likely to be a bit biased here, but I'd rather eat it over most other places. Great value also for the price.
