"This BBQ spot is off the beaten path. Tucked away in the middle of an industrial section just outside the city of Ramstein. I called ahead to verify they were still open and they were really nice on the phone....not always the case at most restaurants. I showed up and the friendliness continued. I asked what they would suggest and they gave me a couple good options. I ended up ordering their spicy bbq wings, pulled pork sandwich and homemade sweet tea. great place to eat american bbq. we had the ribs and the brisket and it was perfection. they do everything themselves. from smoking meat to your own BBQ sauce and sides. the garlic potatoes are delicious, so are the green beans. the rest of the menu sounds promising, the drawn swarm will try next time.

Great first experience at the BBQ Connection. I really loved that they had Mambo Sauce flavoured chicken wings.I must admit that I have never had my barbecue served quit like this before. My wifey and I both enjoyed our meals (pulled pork and brisket). The desert changes, I had a delicious Strawberry Banana Pudding, which was recommended by the staff. It was different and very good. I know we will be back soon. I have to check out the Maryland box.
