"I have been a long time customer but in recent visits their customer service has become awful. The inexperienced employee excuse only goes so far. I attempted to order through the app and it repeatedly gave me server errors so I decided to hop in the drive thru line to redeem some of my points on an item and the lady said she could scan my QR code. She scanned it and claimed she had my rewards, turns out she didn 't redeem it an charged me anyways. When redeeming the points on the app it gave me an order total around $2 and after she redeemed my free item it became a $8 order. Seriously, train your employees and get a better app."

Food was good, as always. When we arrived the entire lobby was filled with people in line. My kids and husband went to use the restroom before getting our food. The line was nearly gone by the time they came out of the restroom. Very fast service.Food: 5/5

After all that closure, that's what you have to offer? No expansion on entry, no exit to Atherton. I hope y'all didn't waste to much. On another note, I wouldn't expect the business or towns to plan or have any idea on how to actually improve anything. This is one of the many reasons Atherton sucks. Not to mention, the chicken is meh at best.

We've only ever used the drive-thru. However, this particular location's drive-thru is absolutely amazing. Two lanes till after you get your food with lots face-to-face interaction and great service for the volume that runs through there. The staff was very attentive and willing to go the extra mile even when it was extremely busy. We were very impressed with the quality of this location.
