Saw someone eating a plate of burnt ends and yeah they looked really good. My coworker got the burnt ends and I tried one. Yep, tender, juicy, nice and charred. 3 stars because I could possibly be convinced to try again. We got takeout from here recently. They forgot the egg for my Cobb salad, the kids complained that their meat was too fatty, and the biggest mistake was they didn’t pack any bbq sauce! No one wanted to drive 30 minutes round trip to get some, so luckily our bottle of Joe’s saved the day. But I would really like to know how their sauce tastes.

Greatest experience ever. Burned ends sandwich was very moist, ham salad was just perfect (usually when I order it else where it's salty as heck), potato salad had a very nice texture and flavor to it. We also were lucky enough to meet owners and found out that it is family ran business. I'm all up for supporting small family business. Give it a try. It's finger smacking good. They used to compete too. Great place.
