"Went here for a dinner date with my girlfriend, we really enjoyed the ambiance and appearance of the restaurant. We made a reservation online and were quickly escorted to our table outside where they have a spacious patio and heaters. Although the menu isn’t as large as something offered at your run of the mill restaurants, all of the options sounded delicious, especially my lamb shank. I will say, if you are vegetarian like my girlfriend is, most of their dishes have some form of meat in it. Granted, it is an Italian restaurant so we expected that. What a great place! We only had an hour and a half before the show started at the Gallo theater. We were able to grab a table at the bar without a wait. The lasagna, Caesar salad and dessert were absolutely delicious. We were able to eat and run and make our show with time to spare. I will always remember this place to come back to when we visit our next show!

Ambiance is perfect! We enjoyed delicious home made pasta for my son's 22nd birthday where he got treated to a special beverage. Our menus were personalized and staff so wonderful and attentive. Galletto Ristorante definitely gives you a feeling that every guest is important. Highly recommend. Prices are a treat in itself. Thank you for such a pleasant birthday dinner.

I’ve lived in Modesto for 28 years and this is my first time dining here for dinner. The service, food, and atmosphere is amazing and will not disappoint. The house bread is delicious. We ordered a bottle of red blend wine for the course of our meal. We had brochette for our appetizer. We ordered soup and salad that had great taste. For our entree, we both ordered The Ribeye with potatoes and broccoli seasoned to perfection. The Ribeye literally melted in our mouths. For dessert I had lemon sorbet and my wife had peanut butter gelato. We had a great experience and will come back again.
