"I ordered my food and 2.5+ hrs later, still NO FOOD! Every time I call they kept saying my order was on the way. The location isn’t anymore than 10 mins from my house. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.Update: food finally arrived but the pizza was burnt and cold. Will NEVER order from here again!"

I think that eating is always good, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired! I think people at the customer service forget that they have made these jobs available to serve the public. I shouldn't know you have a bad day or hate your job.
