I wish I caught the girls name that helped serve us as well but she was great...and very professional. The food was good. Steak was great but the consistency in the way our steak was cooked could have been better. We both ordered medium rare. My wife’s came very rare and mine came very close to well done. such a great experience, we were seated in the vault room and it was so private and quiet. Our sever was named Aggie and she was excellent, so great and made some awesome recommendations. 10/10 definitely ask for her again made the experience so much...better!!!

we came on 31 juli 2022 for my and my partner a year jubilee. the eating- excellent the decor-beautiful and the greeting we received when we went in was unexpected. the restaurant was full and loud with children, but our server,...Aggie was nothing short of amazing. professional and fun that the vibes kept very exciting. She checked us to see how we did it and was very fast to bring us what we needed. aggie helped to make our first jubilee very special and we will be grateful forever. thanks aggie! we will definitely come back and hope to see aggie there!

"this was earlier our visit to the restaurant, but after our last visit we will not be back. the chairs/chairs must be restored and the washroom doors must be repaired. the service must be more at the point. we waited 30 minutes between. our appetizer and eat. every time we looked at the server, he ran into the front area. Finally he seemed to tell us that they were looking out and so our meal was delayed. he gave us a free round drinks, but he should have come to ease the problem instead of having to knock it down. I had the linguini and the pasta was sticky and needed salt. the seafood was good, but the basic sauce really needed help. the service has gone down the hill and the options with the oysters has really changed. at a time the horses were freshly rubbed, light and fluffy and now it looks like he comes from a glass. they can take a flight of sauces for the oysters (a seafood cocktail sauce, pestosauce, a vinagrette and a seasonal berries reduction.) all these were very good, but unfortunately these have also disappeared. I don't know if the management has changed, but the staff is new to us all and the food options are not close to what they were once. if we ever go back, it will be only for a beer and oyster."

"bundok came high and the menu prices increased the expectations even further. my man and I enjoy high-end food experiences at home and away, so we have a fair idea of value for quality. the quality is mediocre [for higher eating,] the worth. is absent. we had the steaktar (a lot better sorts they find elsewhere in the city;) we found the sauce excessive and the taste of the flesh was buried. next was the pommes dauphine, the disappointing blanden, also with the rich sauce they were served. the top sirloin was the next and it was quite decent, but again it is better to find, especially at the price point bundok sits on the last 3 pieces meat were totally fat and unusable. Finally, the broccoli, the actually quite daring tasty and the parmesan suppe, which was also quite beautiful, although we were calculated extra (without warning) for it in two dishes, despite the waitress itself, this offers as convenientness (so the entire menu is family style for the exchange.) explain this. the big problem that the night completely ruined came when we tried to order cakes 1 hour and 45 minutes in our sitting places and said we had to move to dessert in the bar, as our table was reserved for 20:15 (we had a reservation for 18:30) we never had to learn that we were asked to leave our table and its surely unexpected when we were still eating less than 2 hours. we spent $178 on eating and drinking and were asked to clean our table 1 hour and 45 minutes after sitting. unreal! the server did not try to ensure that we have finished eating within their prescribed limit and did not notify us that they had a deadline. also the cocktails are expensive for nothing spectacular and always arrived (we have ordered two different types each.) this is a restaurant where we will not be back and we would recommend to avoid. it costs as a high end, but eating does not measure to the price point and the service is on the slow and uninformed side. the question of leaving our table 1h 45m is a first and, as mentioned, we often eat out. our visit to this restaurant marks the first time that we do not type and the first time that we have ever called to complain to the administration (which ultimately left us with each has an abandoned night and they would pass on our comments to the owners.) cordial gratitude, bundok, to these two unfortunate meilensteinen! this review was initially rejected as tripadvisor's policy, so it had to be released again. we have 8 feb 2020 dinated and the review was written on this day. now his month later, everyone I told this story is appalled and no one has such an experience in a restaurant. it was insulting to give up a table for another party."

"The appy of calamari was delicious, even the greens with the vinaigrette 8/10. The osso bucco is served with a very heavy red wine reduction/gravy which was way too rich. The meat however was very nicely cooked. 7/10 I wanted pasta instead of potato with...my veal parm and was advised it would cost me an extra $14 to change from potato to a pasta! For $46 for veal parm give me the pasta and suck up the $14. The veal parm was pounded way way too thin and was crispy around the edges and barely had any meat compared to bread crumb. Veggies not bad, potatoes sad. But the sauce and cheese were good. 5/10 Tiramisu was average, rather bland. Small piece for $12. For that price please add some mascarpone, and real expresso to the lady fingers. 5/10 We ran out of wine before we finished dinner and coffee before we even got our dessert. Service was very slow and spotty. Noticed another couple waited forever to have their empty plates removed even though the server walked by them a few times without picking them up. Overall 6/10"
