"Made a reservation for 7:15 arrived 10 minutes earlier, knowing it was busy. Host staff was all over, not communicating, I was standing in line to check in and the host took care of someone behind me and didn't acknowledge me. We waited until 7:35, (20 minutes after our reservation) when we asked again they told us there were 2 parties ahead of us and not sure how much longer. Sorry, we left and had sushi elsewhere. I have been in the restaurant business for 25 plus years, owning restaurants, this is not how you handle being behind on wait. No management presence that I saw, no one in charge at host stand. The food was so delicious. If your a sushi lover this is a must place to visit. I asked the waiter for his recommendations on appetizers and sushi. He did not disappoint and he was very attentive towards us. I love coming here because it feels like your in the city and the food and drinks are always delicious. It was my friends first time going and she loved it. Definitely coming back.
