"Our server David was phenomenal! Super knowledgeable on the menu, his customer service was top notch so much so that we can’t wait to return before we leave town! The food was excellent and the atmosphere was like nothing else we’ve experienced. Thank you again David for making two newlyweds very happy and creating an experience of a lifetime for us to remember! Edit to add: we came back for lunch today and the food was just as amazing, we got burgers this time! But yesterday our server David set the bar so high for service! He truly made it such an experience for us and his knowledge of the menu is unmatched! 11/10 recommend David if you’re able to request his service or get lucky enough t...

I'd give this place 6 stars if I could. This is one quiet gem that needs to known. Everything about this place is amazing. The food is amazing, the appetizers are so beautiful, you don't even want to destroy it by eating it. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with a rustic appeal. Everything, even the bathroom sink is part of the wine decor with a repurposed whiskey barrel. There are SO many wine selections that takes 4 pages of ALL Colorado made wines. And each one is better than the next and can pick a flight of 4 2oz tasters.

"I have finally eaten at all of the fancy steak places I know of. Ruth’s, Sullivans, Buddys (Hammond , Flemings. Ruth’s was slightly more expensive than Flemings, but not by much. I ordered the ribeye at all of them for scientific research purposes. Food wise, Ruth’s has the best steaks, Flemings the best sides, and Buddy’s the best overall (it is by far the cheapest . The table bread was awesome. Steaks were cooked 100% perfectly, which is hard to get because medium means something different everywhere you go. I ordered the ribeye and my girl ordered the New York strip. The ribeye was better than the other three places ribeyes. My girl didn’t care for the New York strip, she said it was very salty. I didn’t notice, but the ribeye was definitely better. The salads were great. I ordered the chopped and my girl the Caesar. Both were great, and the chopped presentation was very unique. The sides were pretty disappointing. We ordered mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, and broiled tomato. The tomato must have had sugar on it, it tasted like ketchup. The creamed spinach was bland, and the mashed potatoes tasted homemade (which is good for $3 side, but for a fancy steak place at $10 it needs to be otherworldly . Gave my girl a cheesecake since we were celebrating her birthday. Probably the best cheesecake we have had. Overall a fantastic experience. Our waitress Diamond was excellent and friendly. The water glasses did not get less than half full (or empty? . Bathrooms were immaculate."
