"I went during the breakfast rush on a Saturday morning. I decided to do an informal test and order the grilled Mahi burger, which is hard to get right. Alamo Cafe nailed it...the Mahi was not dry, nor too salty. I have to watch my sodium intake. You can always add more salt, but you cannot remove salt. Breakfast potatoes were spot on. The prices are unbeatable. The only feedback I will give is for them to fix the bathroom. It was not an issue for me...but if someone is headed for a road trip, it could be a problem."
