Consistent great barbecue a mix of Texas and Kansas City. Had the large brisket bone short rib (huge) and couldn't get enough. My wife doesn't like barbecue so she had food from the Bistro side of the menu. Great Catfish with grilled vegetables. Casual dining taken to a whole new level. Also, super wine list for this type of restaurant.

Went to Boneyard Bistro with friends because they wanted barbecue and I don't eat meat but the menu had lots of choices for me. My husband and friends ordered a combo meal for 4 that came with all of the different BBQ meats/pork and lots of sides. I ordered the trout. The food came luckily split! I couldn't believe how fast it came. Their feisty looked incredible and judging by what was left, it was delicious. My trout was just OK. This is a nice looking bistro, small, however charming. Limited tables inside and outside sitting available as well. My first meal there was not bad. We happened to come in on a Tuesday and it was ‘half-off of their bottles of wine. We definitely took advantage of that, I couldn’t remember which wine we had, and they did have a nice selection. One thing , I can’t remember if bistros have plasma screens, well this one did, which helped with my ex B’s attention span.
