"When I ordered my pasta dish, I told the waitress that I wanted the pasta to be well cooked--not al dente. Unfortunately, when the dish arrived, the pasta was al dente. The waitress returned it, and Bricco's made the dish again--quickly. The manager came over to tell me that my dish would be coming out soon. He even checked back after I got my food to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. He certainly wanted me to leave the restaurant as a satisfied customer, and I did."

I was surprised to learn the staff at the restaurant do not consider booking through Open Table a “reservation.” They tell customers they are actually just being put on a call ahead list by using Open Table—that needs to be made much clearer.
