"I have the lentil and quinoa chop salat to drink with a spiced almond milk coffee. my meal was amazing! everything was super fresh, tasteful and clean! I know that an salad is not exactly what any vegans require, but terra cafe makes salat right. the staff was extremely helpful when I used a syrup flavor for my coffee, they even took over the flake syrup so I could read the ingredients list myself to make sure everything was vegan! and I dare to say the best coffee in morgantown! it is the only coffee I drink and longed! Unfortunately, none of the desserts are vegan, but they are pretty to see. I would like to see that this place offers a vegan cupcake or other dessert!"

the mushrooms on the salat were the highlight. we start there to be on a high note. Unfortunately, no other people come. a friend took me last week to a late lunch and, always enjoy a new eating experience around the morgantown area, I was happy to go. the other highlight would be likely that the personal was friendly. so we now have great mushrooms on the salat and a friendly staff. Too bad that the friendly staff could not prepare an salat and could deliver it to my table within twenty minutes. 20 minutes! a salad! had to go back to the counter to inquire about it! I give terra cafe a 2.0 and since I sit here and see this review above, I keep...read more

"Noel and I went to another Vietnamese restaurant but it was closed so I was able to locate this restaurant via Yelp App. It was only about 5 miles from where we were but unfortunately back to near where we started. Located near the hospital complex. The parking lot was empty so we thought this one was closed too...but thank goodness they were open. We went inside where they had examples of the bowl sizes on display along with menus. The instructions said to find a table that was available and turn our display to show taken. To figure out what we wanted, then go to kiosk place order and pay. They will bring our food out. Everything was pretty self explanatory. Is this the way it's done overseas? Noel and I both chose Beef Pho, shared some spring rolls with peanut dipping sauce and I got a unsweetened bottled tea and Noel went with a Strawberry Bubble Tea with a milk based flavoring. It was a jelly textured bubble in her drink, too sweet for me. We went to salad bar and got our Cilantro, Thai basil, spices, bean sprouts and jalapenos. This was to put in our medium bowls of Pho. The food was very good. I'm still trying to learn how to use chopsticks. The fried garlic spice was good. The Pho was amazing and we had plenty to take home as leftovers but the spring rolls were horrible. The wrappers were like a rubbery covering, very thick and rubbery. I couldn't handle the texture of it. So, I broke it open and put into my Pho bowl. The food was good enough to go back again. I definitely want to try the Banh Mi sandwich, especially the grilled on!!! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for some great Pho. Prices were sort of high but I don't get this very often , so very worth it. Just not crazy about those Spring Rolls..."
